I’m glad you are considering making a purchase of a home, rental, or commercial property. I’m a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for real estate and I bring that passion to buyers and sellers who are new or experienced in this market. I have been a resident of North Dakota my entire life and grew up on a family farm south of Strasburg, ND. I resided in Fargo for 16 years before relocating back to Bismarck in 2019. I received my bachelor’s degree in 2007, from North Dakota State University. Later, I went on to earn my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mary in 2015. I’ve been employed with the Federal Government since 2010 and my current career field as an Equal Employment Opportunity Manager started in 2015, and has span over two federal agencies. In addition to my career, I have served in the North Dakota Army National Guard since 2000. Joining the military is something that I am proud of, and this decision is among the best I’ve made in my life.

experienced & dedicated

I have been involved in the real estate industry since 2017 when my partner and I started a real estate holding company to buy and hold rental properties. In 2020, I started another venture with two partners to buy and fix up distressed properties, better known as flipping homes.

The decision to earn my real estate license was a result of the satisfaction I have experienced when working with buyers and sellers in the real estate industry. I’m a firm believer that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person will make in their lifetime. I will work with clients, walking you through every step making your home buying or selling experience a positive one. If provided the opportunity, I will be honored to help you buy or sell your home, rental, or commercial, property.

I could not have been happier with my experience with Jordan.

I almost never give people or businesses the highest rating so this says a lot coming from me. He listed my step-mom's house with professional photos and scheduled an Open House the following weekend. He ended up receiving an offer even before the OH.
